Order online....worst ever. *****!
I placed an order on Swemgat’s website on 24 June 2025.I have received nothing. It has now been almost a month with no delivery, no updates or no refund.This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expected a professional experience when ordering from their website, but this has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I hope this review encourages the company to take customer service more seriously and resolve my issue urgently.

After waiting weeks for my order from 24 June 2025 with no updates, I finally received a refund 23July 2025.
But instead of a simple refund the owner posted a public Facebook video mocking me by name, saying: “Don’t be an Estelle and go to HelloPeter.” This was clearly aimed at me for submitting a legitimate complaint.
If I hadn’t complained on HelloPeter, I doubt I would have been refunded at all.
The unprofessional and mocking behaviour shown publicly is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. I hope others take note and proceed with caution.
