Poor communication, and non-delivery of product.

Ordered a product online. The website indicated that delivery will take place in 7-12 days. Tried to follow up on the 12th day, but received no response. When I called, I was told that they cannot get the product, and I will receive a refund in "a few days". No reason it should take 12 days to realise that they can no longer order a product from their supplier.

When I told "Hendrik" that I'll be writing this Hello Peter review, he asked me how old I was, and told me I was old enough to know that no one cares what Hello Peter reviews say about businesses.
