Simply make use of any other service provider! May you never go through the frustration of dealing with SwiftReg and especially Amber Louw. I made use of SwiftReg for company registration and director amendments, which was done without any problems (This is the easy part which you can do yourself). Decided to give them the opportunity to assist with my VAT registration, here is where you should stay far away. All required documents emailed to them (Amber Louw) on 05 August 2024 to start with the Public Officer appointment which needs to be done before the VAT registration. A month later on 06 Sept I received my first response from Amber with a shocking response where they did not even know how many directors in the company (even though SwifReg themselves did the director amendments and it was included in the documents pack sent to them). Apparently they did a re-submission to SARS on 06 Sept 2024 and this would take another 1-2 weeks. Up until today 27 Sept 2024 still no outcome or resolution, and they haven't even started on the VAT registration part. If you do not follow up with them yourself you will not receive any feedback or updates. They have a seriously bad attitude and customer service seems to have gone out the door. But they are super eager and ready to take your money initially. Rather make use of any other service provider, I will certainly never do business with SwiftReg ever again.
