Frustrating Experience: Late Delivery and Delayed Response from Swiitch Beauty

I am extremely disappointed with Swiitch Beauty. I placed an order and paid high courier fees, expecting my delivery within the promised 3 to 5 days. However, it has now been over a week, and I have received nothing. Although they eventually rep**** to my email, it was only after several days of waiting with no proactive updates or notification on the status of my package. This lack of communication and transparency is frustrating and unacceptable, especially given the high shipping fees. I expected far better service and will certainly think twice before ordering from them again.
