No delivery/ worst service ever

I’ve placed my order on the 29th of Nov , today is the 15th of December and I’ve received absolutely nothing , when I tried reaching on WhatsApp , no response , I sent an email , got response back 2 days later that advised my delivery will be done by Thursday the 12th , nothing came , then their delivery service sent me a WhatsApp message saying they’ll deliver latest Saturday the 14th , and after that , no communication , my packaged was not delivered by Saturday , I sent them so much messages on their platforms , no response , I’ve emailed them , no response , worst service I’ve ever received and it was my first time ordering from this brand. It is clearly overhyped because the service I’ve received is the most horrible. I will never ever purchase from Swiitch beauty again.
