Disappointed

I used Cape-Pools because of the good reviews found here. I am greatly disappointed. The team that did our pool are either very lazy or clueless. There is more cement in the pool - which I now need to chip away - than they used on the paving. They told me it was normal to see the fiberglass through the pool paint. Is it also normal to have sand mixed in the mosaic glue? Is it normal to glue a regulator valve into the weir? These guys are also not cheap. They charged me R9k for glue just to fix a crack! They used my tools without permission. On one occasion, I managed to stop them searching through my things looking for more equipment they could use. Cement everywhere... on my lawn, hose pipes, pool pump, and as mentioned before, inside the pool.
