Swimming Pool - poor service

Had a problem with my pool pump. Contacted Swimpool Centre and they quoted me ± R3500 for the repair or R5500 for a new pump. Chose the repair option which supposedly came with a 3 month guarantee. The repaired pump did not even work for 2 months. Complained and they gave me some lame excuse that the pump had an electrical fault. They refused to honour their 3 month guarantee. They recommended I purchase a new pump with no refund on the repaired pump. The service I received was so unprofessional I am surprised they are still in business. If I could them them 0/5 for customer service I would. I will not be going back to this establishment.
