This company is becoming shady, initially i signed up for Unlimited Voip lite for R161 and as i discovered that i needed more devices to sign in then i upgraded my account to unlimited voip premium for R345 for 3 devices which allows concurrent calls and able to do call conference however I've just received a call saying that I'm calling too much which i don't understand as their contract doesn't state if there a fair usage policy as we speak they are forcing me to switch to switch board which means their advertising saying this is unlimited they are lying

04 Dec 2024, 17:59Now they have come and formulate a strory saying that i have signed in using 7 devices on the account whereby i am confidently sure that i have 3 devices logged in iPhone 14 promax, iPhone XR, and Samsung Note 8, and they have decided to move my account to a per minute billing without my concern, they say i have breached their contract and also i asked for them to send me the report for those 7 devices and their IP addresses.
