Disgraceful

If I could give y'all no stars I would Y'all are absolutely ridiculous I had asked to upgrade my devices early and was informed I wasn't able to even if i came and paid the dues early yet y'all decided to cancel my contract and going to bill me for the entire contract I have tried reaching out to you via telecom and it's quite frustrating y'all never answer if y'all have any interests in y'all's clients please check 2420724681A as I had called an even informed y'all I do not want to cancel cause I'm coming to pay my dues but y'all want to charge me a penalty what for I have no idea
