Switchdon - Unethical business practice

I would like to report a complaint regarding a cell phone accessories store whereby I purchased cell phone covers (screen protectors and actual covers for 2 cell phones) at Willowbridge Shopping Centre at Tygervalley, Cape Town.

They charged me a crazy amount of R 1199.00 for basic accessories which should have NEVER cost this much. This is a ripoff, and how can you have such a store in your mall for the community?
