**Order Issue – Burger King Sandown Rd Drive-Thru (Sandown Retail Crossing, Cape Town)** **Order Number:** CHK 1858 **Total Amount:** R173.80 I placed an order at the Burger King Sandown Rd Drive-Thru (Sandown Retail Crossing, Cape Town) for what was supposed to be the *Whopper Cheese Combo deal* — the one that includes two cheeseburgers with one fries upgraded. However, my order was incorrect. I only received **one burger** (a Junior Cheeseburger) and the **bacon-loaded fries were extremely small**, even though the slip clearly shows it was for a **large** portion. For the total charged amount of R173.80, I did not receive the correct items or portion sizes. I would appreciate it if this could be reviewed and the missing items or value compensated. I honestly felt like I got ********** and should have ordered at Pedros'

Unfortunately, the full chicken we received was undercooked, pink, and half raw. We had to re-cook the food ourselves at home, which is completely unacceptable for a restaurant of your standard. This is not only poor service but also a serious food safety concern. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of food and service received. If this continues, customers will rather support alternatives like Pedros once they open, as experiences like this drive people away from your brand. Dear Romans Pizza Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent order placed at your West Coast Village Mall branch. Our family ordered two large pizzas, and unfortunately, the quality of both was far below our expectations. The pizzas contained an insufficient amount of bacon and barely any cheese, making them a poor value for the price we paid. In comparison, we have had far superior pizzas from other establishments, such as Spar Sunningdale. Dear Mugg & Bean Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my wife and I had at your Big Bay Mall location in Cape Town on the evening of 17 August 2024, between 16:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, the quality of the food we received fell far below our expectations. The milkshake, in particular, was notably unpleasant. Upon tasting it, we were concerned and inquired with our waitress about the ingredients. We were surprised to learn that the milkshake was made with syrup and "RICOFFY." We patronize Mugg & Bean expecting high-quality ingredients and the use of your own branded coffee, not a substitute that significantly compromised the taste. Additionally, the burger patties were far from satisfactory. The overall quality of the meal was disappointing and did not reflect the standards we associate with your restaurant. Given this experience, we are hesitant to return and would rather dine at home in the future. I believe it is only fair to request a refund for this unsatisfactory experience. I would like to report a complaint regarding a cell phone accessories store whereby I purchased cell phone covers (screen protectors and actual covers for 2 cell phones) at Willowbridge Shopping Centre at Tygervalley, Cape Town. They charged me a crazy amount of R 1199.00 for basic accessories which should have NEVER cost this much. This is a ripoff, and how can you have such a store in your mall for the community? 2. They also didn't give me a receipt.
Switchdon is a cell phone accessories shop located in Willowbridge Shopping Centre in the Tygervalley area in Cape Town. If I can advise anyone, PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. These guys charged me R 1199.00 for basic screen protector and cell phone back covers. On top of this, they basically stole the original back covers which came with the phone. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Switchdon gives a bad presentation of the Willowbridge mall.
I dealt with an agent named Haakeem. This person did his job so well, and spent hours to resolve the problem without giving up. I really think he deserves to be recognised for his hard work and skilled support approach. Well done.
Good day, My wife, child and myself went to Mugg n Bean V&A Waterfront on Sunday 15 May 2022 in the afternoon. My wife had the big daddy meal. My son/baby had toasted cheese and chips. I ordered bottomless coffee. For my dietary/health reasons, I wanted a wrap. I asked the waiter if it was possible to have a wrap. The waiter said to me "No!" and mentioned that there were only wraps at the entrance. I then asked if i could have those wraps, and he said "No!" to me. I found his attitude very ****y and sarcastic. I even tipped him, but honestly I was not happy with the service at all. I then asked him for a refill coffee, and also said "No!" to me with sarcasm, saying to me "that there was no coffee". My wife also ordered a desert - a caramel cheese cake. To our surprise, when my wife ate a bit of it, she noticed that it tasted off/expired. I had a bit of it to confirm, and indeed it tasted off. And my son's toasted cheese was actually stale. I am so disgusted by your service, and I will never come back there again. The waiter's name was Damian. This is not our waiters should speak and treat a customer. Whoever manages that branch/restaurant is a complete idiot, to not train his staff properly. Kind regards,
