I upgraded by Telkom line to VOIP with Switchtel more than a year now. Things went smoothly and quickly - what a change from Telkom! Today, for the first time, I needed serious support, after Webafrica messed up my internet connection completely (Webafrica have pathetic support, just like Telkom).
