Syam sure not cooking in gas!

This company has NO after sales service ethic.

After years of battling with underperforming equipment and filling in all their forms they now ask us for the proof of purchase before sending out a technician.

We bought this underwhelming equipment years ago, we are not looking for a warranty claim, we just want a gas fire that stays on for more than 5 minutes and a braai that is hot enough to braai steak.

Unbelievable?
