COMPLAINT: FIKILE MOILWA

Your consultant in the debt collections department Fikile Moilwa/Moiloa is an absolute horror! She is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Do something about it! What a horrible person to have as an employee. A big bully ! Did not want to listen to what I wanted to say and the payment arrangement I was trying to make one would swear I was running away from the debt when I made contact with you guys to pay the account monthly, the way she behaves you’d think the money is going straight to her account .
