I would appreciate it if this people can check their emails or answer their phones. Since moving into our house 3 months ago, we've been struggling to get hold of them to remove their submeter box. We've sent emails, trying to phone everyday but no luck.
We bought the house with a seperate entrance which has a sub meter box installed and we'd like to remove it. But no luck in finding them.
The submeter box uses 100% electricity from the main box inside our house. We are not being reimbursed for this as the details they have are the previous owners. We got 5 units for R50 only, this is a total *******. We need to remove this sub meter box asap please.
