If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered and paid for specific outdoor PTZ cameras. They delivered cheap Junk so returned it to them and they sent the courier guy to collect. I have paid them over 6 weeks ago and they never refunded me my money and nobody can get hold of them. They ignore my emails, they dont answer the phones. I have threatened them in terms of the consumeer protection Act but they just ignore. They sell on Bobshop and takealot. Their website is www.syntronics.co.za based in Honeydew, Rhooderpoort, Unit 2 harbour Park, Lazer park, 2170. If anyone in that area can help this older retired gent I would apprciate it. Dont get ****med like I was and avoid anything to do with them. Help Please

Excellent all round
Excellent service, excellent product, competitive pricing. Syntronics allows collection, which for me is a big plus. When I called to collect my confirmed and paid for order it was found that the product I had ordered was out of stock (Syntronics were the only outlet I could find that had it - and at an excellent price). Without asking me they upgraded my purchase to a higher value item at no additional cost. Their website is well worth a visit.
