<p>Hi, I have incorrectly transferred funds , 18 000 to be exact, to greater Tzaneen account and have since requested for a refund , on the 5th of May I have interacted with Mihloti from finance and she requested for my bank statement which I have forwarded to her immediately, there was no feedback from her and I called to follow up and she told me to forward the same documents to her senior by the name of Rona, I have done so on the 19th of May and which Rona confirmed she has received the documents, on Monday I have contacted Rona and she said she's working on it, today I have been trying to get hold of her and I was told she's busy and will get back to me, I feel like I have been given a run around since she hasn't called me back and she's also not picking up her direct line or cell phone. may you kindly assist as this has caused me a huge frustration as I'm in serious need of the cash.</p>
