WOW, what an amazing cluster #$%#. Our account jumps every month by 30k-50k. No one can give us an answer why . I am actually sending in the electric and water meter readings to them myself every month , although they are paying some company to actually do that job (which they are not doing ) another tender mishap. then they charge us interest on these amounts which I refuse to pay . We are a household of 3 people ... should not have a 70K bill one month , then 30k the next , then 50 k the next . on top of it all ,they are forever closed due to covid and then you have to stand in numerous queues to try and get and answer ...or rather covid yourself and then they give you a shrug of the shoulders and send you on your merry way

Dear Mayor / MM and CFO Can this message be sent to the relevant office in relation to the incorrect billing where Tzaneen Local Municipality used estimates to charge me instead of correct usage as per the attached photos. It is NOT my responsibility as the end-user to DO your job as Tzaneen Local Municipality. You have employed Meter-Readers, therefore utilise them as such. If you are not sure what to CHARGE, it is better to live that space empty and when you are ready to work (Meter-Readers) you will charge the correct figures. If this matter is NOT attended to a.s.a.p.........I will escalate it, be it Social Media / Political Parties anyone whom you will listen to. Take that as a friendly reminder. I went to Nko****owa testing station to renew my licence. Their eye testing machine is not working as I was told by security. I went to the Dr to do eye test and on returning it was 14h45. When I went inside I was told they are not helping people who are renewing drivers licence at that time. The reason I got it was they are cashing up during that time. I asked what time are they closing since no sign that shows, cashing up time, closing time. I asked to see the one who is in charge and asked him, what time are they closing and he just told me is cashing up time. When I ask why they did put up notices for the public to see working time, cashing up time, he just told me they will do it next time and went to the door and told me that he want to check people who are doing road makings. Now we must be given fines for not having valid licences. All staff no name tags. Just another poor service at its best. Where is their batho Pele principle giving information to the poor public about how they work. I must spend time money going back to the very same place to renew the licence.

This municipality is absolutely useless, especially the accounts department. I have to send at least 4 emails, begging for my invoice in order to pay my bill. Whenever you call them, you stay on line for ages, just to have the call dropped again. Whenever you get an invoice, you are charged for either 32 days or 59 days. For the water, they charge you for 2 months on the higher rates, since they don't show your water readings every month, although I pay every month. They are a bunch of corrupted crooks

So i had the Privilege to visit one amazing town in Limpopo called Tzaneen. It was a very short visit and ended up staying at Tambotie Lodge for my visit. After getting to know my way around town i was informed about water problem. Come on guys how can you run a town like that into the ground. I am amazed that the Local Municipality does not even care or doing something about it, however when it comes to voting time they begging for your vote. Hey coMe on, do something and work towards a goal to fix this problem. Don’t t let something like this pulls this town down. Maybe a good start is to keep your community informed and up.....

The service at this municipality is pathetic. The officials take bribes from foreign nationals for renewal of license discs and they forever on tea break or the system is “off-line” in order for them to help the clients which are these foreigners that pay a fee to be assisted.

Visted Muncipaltity 3 times, only 2 tellers open, no paraplegic counter. Stood in the queue on 31st Aug 2017 for 2 hours and 40 mins, still 16 people in front of me & then about 8 people who had been sitting on the benches stood up and joined the queue in front of me, buddies had kept their place. Having just had a knee op I started feeling nauseous and couldn't stand any longer. I had to leave for the 3rd time due to lack of supervision and service

<p>Hi, I have incorrectly transferred funds , 18 000 to be exact, to greater Tzaneen account and have since requested for a refund , on the 5th of May I have interacted with Mihloti from finance and she requested for my bank statement which I have forwarded to her immediately, there was no feedback from her and I called to follow up and she told me to forward the same documents to her senior by the name of Rona, I have done so on the 19th of May and which Rona confirmed she has received the documents, on Monday I have contacted Rona and she said she's working on it, today I have been trying to get hold of her and I was told she's busy and will get back to me, I feel like I have been given a run around since she hasn't called me back and she's also not picking up her direct line or cell phone. may you kindly assist as this has caused me a huge frustration as I'm in serious need of the cash.</p>
