Wrongful Billing (Poor Service Delivery)

Dear Mayor / MM and CFO

Can this message be sent to the relevant office in relation to the incorrect billing where Tzaneen Local Municipality used estimates to charge me instead of correct usage as per the attached photos.

It is NOT my responsibility as the end-user to DO your job as Tzaneen Local Municipality. You have employed Meter-Readers, therefore utilise them as such.

If you are not sure what to CHARGE, it is better to live that space empty and when you are ready to work (Meter-Readers) you will charge the correct figures. 

If this matter is NOT attended to a.s.a.p.........I will escalate it, be it Social Media / Political Parties anyone whom you will listen to.

Take that as a friendly reminder.
