Matrix Tracker useless
I tried calling this Company many times but couldn't get through to them, I sent emails to all email addresses as listed on the invoice, requesting a call back, no success, O canceled my contract with them due to the reasons above, I got a reply that my contract has been canceled, still they deduct money. I will not recommend them to nobody

Outsurance people are just fantastic and friendly and very much appreciated. I spoke to Gavin today in connection with my policy and premium and they even dropped it more, well done and thanks Gavin

WISH
I ordered stuff in November 2020 and did not received it up to today On the tracking it shows it should be delivered by the 12th of February, but nothing has been delivered. Numerous emails sent to them with no response. I will never recommend them, think it is a scam

Impala Plumbing & Electrical
I had severe lightning damage on the 2nd of February. Items for Impala included lights, day night switch, 2 Centurion gate motors and a damaged borehole pump. After Impala got the go ahead from OUTsurance, Dillan and 2 assistants arrived late in the afternoon due to other responsibilities on that day. They managed to complete all, except for the borehole pump due to a contaminated hole and pumping problems. They had to pull the pump twice tp clean it out, since there was very little pressure. They worked until 8 that night and at the end of the day, they remove the pump to take it back for cleaning. They cam again and encounter the same problem, although the pump was pumping very dirty water, it started pumping clean water, no pressure and then suddenly stopped. I called them again, and they came yesterday to pull the pump again and on investigation found that the motor seized. Again it was getting quotation for a new motor and contacting OUTsurance for approval. The motor was replaced and the pump lowered into the borehole 50% down to check the water quality, which seemed to be clean. I requested Dillan to pull the pump again, since I have an appointment with another Company to clean out the borehole with a compressor as to prevent the pump from getting damaged again. I highly promote Impala Nelspruit to anyone, since their services are exceptional. Thanks Dillan and your team

Outsurance
I had lightning damage 10 days ago. Serious items are urgently needed like my borehole pump, motor gates motors, alarm system, camera system computers, TV and nothing is happening. When you call them, all you get is empty promises, they are no good at all

GREATER TZANEEN MUNICIPALITY
This municipality is absolutely useless, especially the accounts department. I have to send at least 4 emails, begging for my invoice in order to pay my bill. Whenever you call them, you stay on line for ages, just to have the call dropped again. Whenever you get an invoice, you are charged for either 32 days or 59 days. For the water, they charge you for 2 months on the higher rates, since they don't show your water readings every month, although I pay every month. They are a bunch of corrupted crooks

Meat prices going sky high during the festive season, it's a shame that mince price went up by 17 cents in one weeks time. This is the capitalism on their best. Shame on you, will support other businesses

Venbeck butchery
I bought boere wors and this was so fatty and salty, even my dogs refused to eat this. I would suggest that owners and shareholders would try their products out on a regular basis. Very disappointing and would not recommend this boerewors to anyone

These people just digging and trenching on my property, damaging my irrigation system by hitting in their poles, then leaving without reporting or fixing. Just useless untrustworthy people. Chase them away from your property

Tzaneen fire department
This fire department is absolutely useless as for all government departments. We had a fire and tried to call, but no answer, only you are in front of the que. It is pathetic thinking of this department to form part of emergency response team. Close it down and send all employees to the Bush for exercising their useless skills
