Excellent service from Impala Plumbing & Electrical Nelspruit
I would like to recommend Impala Plumbing & Electrical Nelspruit, who replaced my burst geyser on Monday 2 March 2026 in Steiltes, Nelspruit. Their response and attendance was very prompt, and the two guys who did the actual job went beyond the normal call of duty to ensure a professional, neat and superb job done. Excellent service from Impala Plumbing & Electrical Nelspruit

Impala Plumbing & Electrical
I had severe lightning damage on the 2nd of February. Items for Impala included lights, day night switch, 2 Centurion gate motors and a damaged borehole pump. After Impala got the go ahead from OUTsurance, Dillan and 2 assistants arrived late in the afternoon due to other responsibilities on that day. They managed to complete all, except for the borehole pump due to a contaminated hole and pumping problems. They had to pull the pump twice tp clean it out, since there was very little pressure. They worked until 8 that night and at the end of the day, they remove the pump to take it back for cleaning. They cam again and encounter the same problem, although the pump was pumping very dirty water, it started pumping clean water, no pressure and then suddenly stopped. I called them again, and they came yesterday to pull the pump again and on investigation found that the motor seized. Again it was getting quotation for a new motor and contacting OUTsurance for approval. The motor was replaced and the pump lowered into the borehole 50% down to check the water quality, which seemed to be clean. I requested Dillan to pull the pump again, since I have an appointment with another Company to clean out the borehole with a compressor as to prevent the pump from getting damaged again. I highly promote Impala Nelspruit to anyone, since their services are exceptional. Thanks Dillan and your team

Bad manners and inefficient bullies
I have experienced these people to be inefficient and very rude. They were quick to respond to a call out and then arrived without the necessary spares which they now deny. Then they came to do the repair the next day. Originally the job had been done two weeks prior and so the call out was actually to redo a job. It then took them 3 weeks to send the invoice which I disputed because I was recharged and then charged for the call out to which they did not so the repair . I then emailed them my concerns about the charges and when I didn’t get a response I tried to call to which I was told by a man that they were very busy and would call back which didn’t happen. Now they have called me more than a month after I sent the email, refusing to discuss the invoice except to demand instant payment . They have a threatening and rude manner and will not even listen - they interrupt all the time when you are trying to explain the situation and I believe part of the problem is that because of their inefficiency in admin they don’t even remember what the real story was . They are very quick to send out a person to help but the service goes downhill from there! I will never call them again to do any work for me .

This company takes stock on credit, installs it at various jobs and refuse to pay the supplier because the stock has been issued without order numbers. All while the staff in the office, as well as the owner, was aware of the purchases and had all the invoices on hand without stopping the puchasing. Only when we stopped supplying goods, to wait for payment, they had issues with the paper work and denied ever purchasing stock from us. Afterward we became aware of many more people in Nelspruit that has the very same complaint of non-payment from this business.
