HAND ME OVER FOR NO PAYMENT - AFTER I CALLED IN TWICE TO CHANGE MY BANKING DETAILS AFTER I WAS ****MED AND TWICE I WAS TOLD TO CALL BACK ONCE I MAKE PAYMANET - I HAVE MADE PAYMENT TWICE ALREADY BUTS STILL NO ONE CALLS TO ASS MY NEW ACCOUNT AND PAYMENT DETAILS. THIS IS INHUMAN TO NOT EVEN TRY AND HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS.
please stop the vendetta you have against everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not sure that anyone should get professional of personal help from Bruno. (obviously that is your own opinion) But I, will most definitely not come close to him. I do feel poorly about any client, women or man friend who had to meet this young fellow or his team at Wolf plumbing in Nelspruit with the results shown. I do trust that this can maybe assist Bruno in getting some professional help with his anger that he has building up in him as i understand from a few fellows.
on there site i sis the surprise box, redirected me to another site causing my money to go off my account.
They have ****** my money, and took off a debit order that has to go off the 25th not the 14th. We have spoken to 3 people and the phone has been hung up, the manager answered the call and did not say anything just put the phone in her back pocket and we hear them laughing in the backround and still after 1 hour minuts, nothing has happened. Useless and ********* in a bank that is supposed to be the best. This is theft and this is not as per contract signed. And still we are waiting for someone to help us.
Again and again, just being treated like a downgraded client by Mweb. Taking money that is not theirs. Not informing a client of when there is an increased amount. No calling when we have requested. Fraud is wat i say.
I have a student loan which was R58000 in 2018, since 2020 i was told that there is R70000 outstanding, i do bot receive any statements and i am paying more than i have wince 2018, its now 2023 and i am still paying for this student loan… please explain to me how long does it take to get an answer by standard bank in 5 years. The loan i have by Capitec bank is for more money and is done in 26 months, Where is my money going to, Standard bank, are they steeling my money are they money laundering!!! They are definitely Misguided and incompetent in their industry and i will never recommend this idiotic bank in my entire life…
I did a online application and they took all my documents and finalised the application, 2 weeks later i call capitec and they say that my application has been expired, how should i have known about that is no one has called to let me know. This is the worst incompetent service i have ever received from capitec and i have been there for a long time. No one gives me answers and no one assist me i have called and they wanted to do a new application and then the rude lady cut the line.
Nelspruit NHBRC WOW WHAT SERVICE By all means take your time, but when a company is supposed to assist in 3 days as advised and only assists you in 5 days and tell you no now you got to do this online. So 2 weeks i have waited, apologies STILL waiting. This shows how much one slow company can make another company loose everything. #C
Wow, i have been 2 weeks without any fiber installed, i already have a account and just relocated to Nelspruit and since then i have been each 2nd day on the phone with MWEB AND NO ONE IS HELPING AND I AM BEEING PROMISED LIES EACH DAY AFTER DAY AND STILL NOTHING IS SORTED
