Frustrated consumers
IPS Health and Wellness appears to be operating a *****ulent scheme. They claim to offer a “free gift” in connection with their products, which ultimately do not work as advertised. By the time customers realize this, they are already locked into a 12-month contract without having given informed consent. I have repeatedly requested a copy of the voice recording between myself and the sales agent to verify what was agreed upon, but the company has continued to evade my requests and provide no meaningful response. Due to their lack of transparency and cooperation, I am now considering pursuing legal action.

RS Legal
I have been contacted by RS Legal with company registration number : 2020/811844/07 and offered to help me remove my name under debt review because a similar company took advantage during COVID-19 and placed me under debt review,RS Legal has not contact number and they only operate via WhatsApp,they have been deducting an amount of R1800 for the past 2 months but the is absolutely no communication from them,I want to believe they might be a ****

Vehicle sold under false pretences
I placed a bid online for a vehicle "starter" which was a Ford Ranger on the 21st August 2024 and after winning the bid I went to SMD Chamdor for collection, upon arrival the vehicle could not start and it was a cut and join and the welding on the vehicle was visible, when i lodged a complaint with the manager I was told there was nothing he could do and if I was not going to take the vehicle in that condition I was going to forfeit my R5000 deposit. I informed head office and I was told the branch has the final say, I feel SMD is now ****ming customers and selling cars under false pretences. Please becareful of SMD and their tricks

Book a book Scam
This company is scamming many people with their empty promises,i ordered books for my son in January 2023 and received confirmation the Books were despatched,2 months later haven’t received the books.Telephone works but they give you a serious attitude

Hifi Corp wonderpark
The service is extremely poor at Hifi Corp wonderpark,I returned a PlayStation 4 console that is still under warranty,I was informed that the console I'll be ready within 21 days.There is no documentation I was just advised verbally,I'm here today after 21 days and I'm told the turn around time is now 40 days still there isn't an official document that stipulates all this conditions.

Pathetic service
The service at this municipality is pathetic. The officials take bribes from foreign nationals for renewal of license discs and they forever on tea break or the system is “off-line” in order for them to help the clients which are these foreigners that pay a fee to be assisted.

Wrong pricing
My mother went to shop for a washing machine and she found a Samsung 7kg Front loader marked R3799 from R5999.upon requesting assistance from the sales man at Tzaneen game stores Mr jimmy modiba he told her the price was wrongly displayed,as far as I am concerned the consumer act protects us from being ripped off hence forth guiding us to pay for what we see..The store manager Mr piet merkins was called to resolve the issue but he just came and said sorry but he won't give my mom the machine with the price she saw...we have a picture as evidence that the R3799 price was displayed on the washing machine..The store manager was rude and arrogant he even refused to introduce himself.
