Poor administration of Studio has made me to pay back the bussary back to sponsor and still they expect me to pay them for their poor Administration. They don't even want to give me results of 2020 first semester. Bad educational institution with worst Administration
Studio higher education poor administration has made me to owe employer the bussary amount they paid and now I'm paying back the bussary money.All they wanted was results to show that I attended.Studio even today they failed to give me results of 2020 first semester and I paid them. They took bussary money for 2023 to pay for 2020 classes that I never attended. Poor students must be careful about Studio.
Studio cannot solve any problem but use ************s for their poor administration and communication. They even failed to give my results for 2020while I have paid for second semester.Took 2023 bussary that was supposedly paying for 20230to pay for clasess I never attended. Wasted my time and money for nothing
I paid for reconnection for Dstv, those consulted cannot even assist but just give me interview while I'm telling them that I can only watch channel 100. Wasted my money now cannot watch any tv programme but I paid them. Last month still I was getting Error message.What a useless service paying to watch channel 100
I registered with Studio for Advanced Diploma in Management.1st semester i attended in 2020 . After i didn't even attempt second semester. In 2023 i registered to complete the second semester and Bursary paid ,to my supriese when is time yo get results im told i still owe 2020 second semester and nonone mentioned this on their quotations. Now the Employer want results i don't have and im supposed to pay back the money for bursary because i don't have the results. Now i must also pay Studio to get the results and department. Studio administration is the worst i wasted time and money for nothing. i don't advice anyone to enroll with Studio all admin stuff got different information like they don't work in one olace
In 2020 i registered for Advanced Diploma in Management. I only attended first semester. I didn't attend second semester and wrote a letter to indicate that i cannot continue. In 203 i re-registred to complete the remaining 3 modules go complete my qualification. I app**** for Bursary at work and requested quotation and i get quotation from Studio for my busssary to pay. The bursary paid and Studio even gave me a refund. I didn't write one module because i was sick and sent the sick note and completed forms for supplementary. Now they don't want to give my results they said im owing the money for the semester ididnt attend. My question is why they didnt include the money in tfor the busary to pay all. The other challenge they don't even pic calls.If you lucky to get someone's on the phone they all have different stories to tell. Is like each admin staff got different requirements and fees. For those who want to register as student must know that they got poorest admin, poor record keeeping. And now they claim i owe them while they gave me quotation. I regret choosing their higher education.Kefilwe Manyelo their finance or whatever keeps defending that i didn't understand. iF i didnt write any assignment or exams and did not pay any registration fee can you claim that im your student simple because i registered for first semester. They are in the robbing business.
I went to Nko****owa testing station to renew my licence. Their eye testing machine is not working as I was told by security. I went to the Dr to do eye test and on returning it was 14h45. When I went inside I was told they are not helping people who are renewing drivers licence at that time. The reason I got it was they are cashing up during that time. I asked what time are they closing since no sign that shows, cashing up time, closing time. I asked to see the one who is in charge and asked him, what time are they closing and he just told me is cashing up time. When I ask why they did put up notices for the public to see working time, cashing up time, he just told me they will do it next time and went to the door and told me that he want to check people who are doing road makings. Now we must be given fines for not having valid licences. All staff no name tags. Just another poor service at its best. Where is their batho Pele principle giving information to the poor public about how they work. I must spend time money going back to the very same place to renew the licence.
I would like to thank Hello Peter, I believe that if it was not because of your intervention Hollard should have not yet paid funeral claim as agreed when I joined their funeral Policy. I would be lying if I can say I can recommend Hollard Insurance to anyone. The claim was submitted on the 31 August and they only paid on the 04 September.
I joined Holland insurance funeral policy in 2017. My mother passed away and I submitted claims at their Tzaneen branch on the 31 August 2020. On the 02 September 2020 went to check why they are not paying since I have never skipped any payments I was told that is still in the process. Today is the 4 September 2020 the claim is still not paid. I have to make other means to conduct the funeral while I'm paying my premiums monthly.
