I paid R160 000 for my system and the stock was supposed to arrive on the 30th July. After chasing Tsepho for many weeks I finally received half of the stock on the 19th of September. The remainder of the stock arrived in October. What I figured out is that Tshepo used the stock I paid for to perform other jobs and keep me waiting. While working with Tshepo I realised that he is a compulsive liar who always has an excuse to why the contracted work was not complete. When appointments are scheduled to figure out what is going on, the appointments were delayed for another excuse or he just does not pitch up at all.
Finally after receiving the stock what was supposed to be a 3 day job, turned into a month. I started growing suspicious because his team could not get things to work and I had to direct them on how the system should work. After another missed appointment, I had finally had enough and decided to get another supplier to double check the system. Not to my entire surprise the entire system was incorrectly wired. In the words of the electrician "it is a good thing you didn't turn this on because your house would have probably burnt down". I now how to pay another R28,000 to fix Tshepo's mess.
Don't be fooled by Tshepo's cheap prices. He is not qualified to perform these projects. Systems installed by him put your life in danger.
