I was anxious about our chosen hospital after reading some of the reviews but my anxiety has been put to rest. Our experience at the hospital and maternity ward has been nothing short of amazing. Every doctor, nurse and employee has treated us with the utmost respect, urgency, and care. This was the best hospital experience that I've had and could have asked for. I must say a special thanks to the gynae Dr. Majachani, the paed Dr Swanepoel, the anesthetist (I forget her name), our nurses Natalie, Sonto and Maria, and to all the people we interacted with. You guys have been amazing! Thank you for making our stay memorable.
A little slow with delivery, but great customer service!
I paid R160 000 for my system and the stock was supposed to arrive on the 30th July. After chasing Tsepho for many weeks I finally received half of the stock on the 19th of September. The remainder of the stock arrived in October. What I figured out is that Tshepo used the stock I paid for to perform other jobs and keep me waiting. While working with Tshepo I realised that he is a compulsive liar who always has an excuse to why the contracted work was not complete. When appointments are scheduled to figure out what is going on, the appointments were delayed for another excuse or he just does not pitch up at all. Finally after receiving the stock what was supposed to be a 3 day job, turned into a month. I started growing suspicious because his team could not get things to work and I had to direct them on how the system should work. After another missed appointment, I had finally had enough and decided to get another supplier to double check the system. Not to my entire surprise the entire system was incorrectly wired. In the words of the electrician "it is a good thing you didn't turn this on because your house would have probably burnt down". I now how to pay another R28,000 to fix Tshepo's mess. Don't be fooled by Tshepo's cheap prices. He is not qualified to perform these projects. Systems installed by him put your life in danger.

Tshepo is a good salesman, but that where the good stops and the nightmare begins. Once he has your money you can expect to chase him for many weeks to get the job completed. I have been chasing for a month and still do not have a working solar system. He lies about what is complete and not complete. He does not keep his appointments and always has an excuse. His team are clearly not qualified because they cannot do the simplest things. Do yourself a favour and save yourself the stress and choose a different supplier. I have to now get someone else to check the whole system so my house doesn't burn down. When you speak to him he'll probably have another made up reason why this review was not good. I've done my part, I've warned the next customer.
<div>It took me a few months to write this review because I needed to vent my anger before sitting down to write fairly and honestly so that potential future students are aware of how this organization runs, and make an informed choice about how they spend their hard-earned money. From previous reviews here, it seems that Blo Bar was a very good institution and this is what convinced us to do the 1-year hairdressing course with them, under the new name Prestige International training academy. Note that the previous reviews are more than a year old. My wife did this course, and I was responsible for payment on the contract. For this review, I will refer to both of us collectively as we or us. The salon is impressive, the prices are really good and the sales pitch is excellent. The old adage remains, if it's too good to be true... When my wife joined the course the barber at the salon next door was the lecturer. We believe she was not qualified as a lecturer because she confided in one of the other students, which we became aware of. After 2 months, and for 3 weeks in a row we were just washing hair, this is when we started to grow suspicious about the quality of this course. The lecturer was replaced with another lecturer after three months, and he quickly realized that what we had been taught was incorrect and we needed to be taught from the beginning of the course again. During the six months we were there, new students were continually added to the class, so the lecturer has to continually re-teach the same material over again. We witnessed the SITA accreditor visit the institution and being spoilt with a handsome lunch. This made us question if this accreditation was ethically gained. We were expected to attend a modelling shoot without the appropriate training. We chose not to attend this, because of the risk posed to the model. There are various tests along the way which are incredibly expensive and are not covered by the tuition fees. The terms and conditions of the organization are in contravention of the Consumer Protection Act, and they use these terms and conditions to deny any refund to the student. During the 6 months we spent there, we noticed at least 3 people leave giving up their money and certification realizing that they too have been ****** . Various students raised this with the owners **** and ****, however, the owners are aggressive towards the students and have on many occasions threatened them. Due to their aggressive nature, we, unfortunately, had to interact with the owners via an attorney. We had various other students approach us to bring a class action law suite against the owners, but we were just relieved to get out of there. We eventually said goodbye to our R50 000 and settled for the fact that we were out of the hostile environment and had piece of mind. We still today get messages from current students telling us how things have gotten so much worse, and how they are threatened by the owners. Most of these students have spent all their savings to attend these classes and are not as fortunate as we are to afford an attorney and give up that sum of money. As the reader of this review, you have the choice of the seemingly good deal, or avoiding the trauma that we have experienced. You have worked hard for your money, spend it wisely.</div>

I've been working with Enver Murugan and Christell Boucher for a few years now. Absolutely outstanding customer service. It's the only company I've worked with that actively review my insurance policy on a yearly basis, negotiate my increase on my behalf and suggest better options where they've found more value. The advice received from Enver is priceless. The only financial adviser I've worked with that doesn't hide behind a CFP certification and claim to know everything. He will go out of his way to understand, inquire and learn where he is not sure.
Very competitive pricing, and claims process is good. Maybe a little slower to respond than the more digital providers, but their value proposition is too compelling to complain. An excellent company to work with.
