I’m extremely frustrated with the service I’ve received from TAAG Airlines. I tried to buy a ticket on their website and the site crashed during the payment. I didn’t get any confirmation, so I assumed the payment hadn’t gone through. I tried again, and the same thing happened.
Only later did I see that both payments were deducted from my account, yet I still never received a booking confirmation or reference number.
I have tried several times to get help from TAAG to sort this out, but I cannot get any assistance from anyone. All I want is:
My flight booking confirmed, or
A refund for the double payment if no booking exists.
This has caused a huge amount of stress and inconvenience, and the lack of response from TAAG is unacceptable. I just want this resolved as soon as possible.
