TAAG refusing and delays refunds

My flight was canceled by TAAG Iarlines in end of April. After completing all the refund documents and sending it back to them I still haven't received my refund 4 months later. They just keep saying the refund is on its way.

Do not fly with this airline. Bad Service, Bad Communication, Delayed flights and the list goes on.
