No refund
I registered my daughter online on the 28 December 2023 and received an email to pay registration same day. I paid and a few days later went to school to get stationary and uniform list. The receptionist called someone else who then said they don't accept matric , I must send an email for my refund. I've been sending emails and even went to school twice. All they can say is that it's escalated - no refund

09 Feb 2024, 07:51I've been calling Taal net every day and told the person in finance is either on lunch or went home early. Today I finally found him. He says the refund takes up to 6 months to be processed. I asked how is that possible cos my refund is R500 and that's not even one child's school fees. He then said that's how South Africans want to do things, I will get my refund in the next 6 months.
