On Sunday 28 August 2022 I took a bracelet of mine into Sterns Table Bay Mall to be repaired. They took it in and said they send it away and I will receive an sms with a quote which I must approve of reject on the 6 September 2022 I received the quote and immediately rejected the quote as it was more than what the bracelet cost. On Friday 9 September 2022 I went back to the store to collect my bracelet as deliveries and collections was done on a Tuesday and Thursday I was told by the store. The bracelet was still not delivered. On Thursday 22.09.2022 a colleague of mine went to Sterns to find out if my bracelet was back, the lady in the shop told me it was not back and that they did not have my correct number, "REALLY" the quote was sent to me and they received my rejection message I have the proof on my phone. I phoned the store to find out what is going on and the MANAGER phoned the repair shop which told them they never heard back from me. They will only deliver bracelet on 27.09.2022, this is totally unacceptable as they have received the message from me and it is a miscommunication between store and the workshop, why must I be inconvenient now. THIS IS THE WORSE SERVICE EVER AND VERY DISAAPOINTING.
