They deserve 0 as a rating

Worst Service ever, wish I could give then 0. We went to them to do the fabrication of our new houses windows. They cam e out 3 times to do measurements. On installation day firstly the windows was not the correct size and secondly they allowed an ill person to come to my house and all of their people were not wearing masks as per Covid-19 protocols. I send them away immediately as I was the only one that was concerned for my life and my workers life. I received a very nasty email from the owner which basically said what is he suppose to do about it. They came back t o install the windows which they installed all skew my people had to take out all of the windows and reinstall it all on my expense. Again no excuse or any way of delivering any customer service. Now the opening for the sliding door is 2 meter and not 2.1 meters, they only "fabricate" Standard size sliding doors and are charging us extra. Why are they called window fabricators if they only manufacture standard size doors, if I knew that I could have gone to builders and bought a standard size sliding door and gotten better service.
