TAC Steel Bad customer service

It is hard to believe even for SA standards. in October 2020 we ordered a few steel brackets. Anton did call back to discuss the order. We are now waiting 8 month. We had dozens of Email follow ups, and equally dozens of useless excuses by the receptionist. We have not been treated that badly by any SA company in years.
