Never received item - never received refund 7k lost

MONEY ****** --- I ordered an item that was to be made on back order. I confirmed the order and paid. Then I was told it was going to take 28 days or more to deliver.

The payment was R6983, I made it on the 6th December 2026. I put in a refund application 2 days afterwards on the 8th of December for refund.

I had to mail again on the 10th to confirm that the refund application was received. I received a response on the 11th saying that the refund application has been received.

I have lost track of how many times I have called to follow up.
