TDSA is a ****!

Absolute ****mers!,about 2-3 months ago I ordered shoes for my husband and I was told the supplier doesn’t make them anymore,I then asked for a refund since I specifically wanted to buy to those shoes and I was sent documents to fill for a refund,I’m still waiting.

Whenever I try to find out what’s the progress on my refund they open tickets and close them a few hours later without letting me know why,I honestly would not recommend this company to anyone!,they are absolute ****mers.
