TDSA Refusing Refund for 2 Months
I am truly appalled by the service from Tactical Distributors SA (TDSA).
I ordered pants on 7 October. The pants that they sent were both broken, and the wrong size. They "replaced" them with a completely different product in the wrong size again.
I returned everything on 10 November. It is now late December and they are effectively holding my money hostage. Despite numerous [countless] emails to "Nakita", I have received nothing but excuses and for the last for weeks I have received no responses from them.
I have been forced to lodge a formal complaint with the National Consumer Commission (NCC) and now the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman (CGSO) [have reference numbers for both].
Avoid this store if you value your money or expect any form of consumer support. Borderline thievery. STAY AWAY!

23 Dec 2025, 10:21It has been 4 days since this generic 'we will reach out' response, and I still have received zero feedback or proof of my refund TDSA have had my returned goods since 10 November. The 'relevant department' has had 6 weeks to process my refund. I am not looking for feedback… I am looking for my money back. My case with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (reference number N7J5XRG7) remains active and will be updated with your continued failure to resolve this.
