BE CAREFUL - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I rented a car from this company for a one month period with the option of renewal. The month end contract expired on a Sunday. I received calls and whatsapps and texts ad nauseum insisting that I pay or return the vehicle. It was a Sunday and I could not get to the bank. There was load shedding and I could not do an eft immediately. I returned the vehicle as I was so incredibly rudely treated. NOW - here is where they steal from you ...... I paid a deposit of R2000. They advertise that delivery and pick-up is free, it is NOT. They deducted R800 from the deposit. They deducted a further R365 for a car wash. They then deducted a day rate as I had the car for an extra hour on the date of the expiation. By the end of it, my deposit refund was R190. Sechin threw R200 at me and said \keep the change". Lastly"
