Woodford Hatfield car rental the best, Mr Kovilan and Tebogo gave me a great service. The environment is just amazing looking forward to wo. rking with them in the future. They must do away with the credit card deposit facility

<p>I am highly dissatisfied with Avis O R Tambo, after 3 days of waiting on their customers care department to contact me, they send me a email to rate their service, nothing has been discussed or no consensus reached, its been almost two weeks ago I have used there car hire services. I would not recommend them to anyone as their services are really not professional.</p> <p>I booked a Vw Polo months before my trip to Pretoria, at arrival I was told there is no Polo cars available and I'll have to settle for the Grand i10 or some other small cars, I opted for the Grand i10 pleasantly I've enjoyed the car. After my holiday that was from the 23 Dec to 27 Dec, I drop the car at avis O.R.Tambo branch as our flight was at 16h20 requested my invoice. I was completely dumbstruck as my invoice stated I have booked the car in on 25 Dec, at 14h51 and I have so much mileage added lucky I took a picture of the odometer of the car, just to let everyone know the lady I returned the car to Ms.Slee.</p> <p>Please check your options.</p>

<p>Please when you rent a vehicle from car rental.com please read the fine print first, there is nowhere on the front page while booking for a car they tell you to pay only with a credit card they first make you to book with you bankcard afterwards they tell you only credit cards, and no indication of cancellation fee untill you book and no suddenly no debit cards and a cancellation fee of R859</p>

On the 4th of November 2015 I was hijacked in a rental from #TAG. Case No 45/11/2015 SAPS Primrose refers. Minutes after the hijacking I managed to contact Behari and inform him I had just been hijacked. He along with the tracking company located the vehicle in Alexandra and carried out a self recovery. Behari contacted me right after the recovery that he had recovered the vehicle along with certain of my personal belongings. Behari reported no damage to vehicle on recovery although master key taken.<br> <br> The only way for a stolen vehicle to be cleared once reported stolen is for the vehicle to be taken to SAPS pound to be cleared. Behari refused to do this. He never delivered replacement vehicle as promised and said he can get the vehicle cleared \by a friend' for R5000 which I was to pay. I refused and it was then I was told the replacement key for which I was responsible for replacement cost was R5000. I replied I can replace for R3500 he refused insisting on the R5000. Now 2 months later after spinning endless lies to my legal team

I TOO HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THE PERSON I DEALT WITH WAS ALSO NAMED SECHIN AND HE HAD A WOMAN WITH HIM DURING MY DELIVERY AND COLLECTION WHO WAS JUST AWFUL, HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. I TOO PAID A DEPOSIT AND I TOO WAS SHOCKED AT ALL THE HIDDEN COSTS THAT WERE SUDDENLY DEDUCTED FROM MY DEPOSIT. I WAS TREATED IN A TERRIBLE WAY AND I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THESES PEOPLE OR THEIR COMPANY!!!!

I rented a car from this company for a one month period with the option of renewal. The month end contract expired on a Sunday. I received calls and whatsapps and texts ad nauseum insisting that I pay or return the vehicle. It was a Sunday and I could not get to the bank. There was load shedding and I could not do an eft immediately. I returned the vehicle as I was so incredibly rudely treated. NOW - here is where they steal from you ...... I paid a deposit of R2000. They advertise that delivery and pick-up is free, it is NOT. They deducted R800 from the deposit. They deducted a further R365 for a car wash. They then deducted a day rate as I had the car for an extra hour on the date of the expiation. By the end of it, my deposit refund was R190. Sechin threw R200 at me and said \keep the change".
