I am reaching out to seek advice and assistance regarding an ongoing insurance claim with Naked Insurance Company, and I am hoping that the collective wisdom of the Hellopeter community can provide guidance. On Friday, 03 November 2023, at approximately 14H25, I was involved in a car accident at the Jakes Gerwel & Gunner Circle intersection in Epping Industria. The accident was caused by the insured driver of Naked Insurance Company's policyholder, who collided with my vehicle. Despite being lawfully in the intersection with a green traffic light, I was struck from behind by when the traffic light suddenly changed to amber and then red. I have submitted all necessary documentation, including the police report, statements, and photographs of the accident scene, to support my claim. However, the processing of my claim by Naked Insurance Company has been exceedingly delayed, causing significant stress and inconvenience. I have incurred substantial expenses to vehicle repairs and other damages resulting from following up the accident. I am seeking advice on how to navigate this situation effectively and whether others in the Hellopeter community have faced similar challenges with Naked Insurance Company. If anyone has successfully resolved a claim with them or has insights on the best course of action, I would greatly appreciate your guidance. <p>I am highly dissatisfied with Avis O R Tambo, after 3 days of waiting on their customers care department to contact me, they send me a email to rate their service, nothing has been discussed or no consensus reached, its been almost two weeks ago I have used there car hire services. I would not recommend them to anyone as their services are really not professional.</p> <p>I booked a Vw Polo months before my trip to Pretoria, at arrival I was told there is no Polo cars available and I'll have to settle for the Grand i10 or some other small cars, I opted for the Grand i10 pleasantly I've enjoyed the car. After my holiday that was from the 23 Dec to 27 Dec, I drop the car at avis O.R.Tambo branch as our flight was at 16h20 requested my invoice. I was completely dumbstruck as my invoice stated I have booked the car in on 25 Dec, at 14h51 and I have so much mileage added lucky I took a picture of the odometer of the car, just to let everyone know the lady I returned the car to Ms.Slee.</p> <p>Please check your options.</p>
<p>VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH TRANSUNION, AFTER SEVERAL TELE CONS , I HAVE DECIDED TO LOG A FORMAL COMPLAINT , I'VE SPOKE TO THREE DIFFERENT CONSULTANTS, ALL OF WHICH HAS ADVICED ME TO SEND PROOF OF ADDRESS , I.D. COPY & THE PAYED UP LETTER, I'VE FOLLOWED THROUGH AND ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED CORRESPONDENCE . STANDARD BANK HAS INCORRECTLY FILE A JUDGEMENT AGAINST MY CREDIT PROFILE WHICH ARE MAKING IT DIFFICULT FOR TO GET NEW APPS AT OTHER INSTITUTIONS. I'M NOT CALLING THEM AGAIN FOR FEEDBACK . I JUST WANT THIS MATTER TO BE CORRECTED AND WANT TO KNOW WHY HASN'T IT BEEN REMOVED FROM MY ITC.</p>
