Most horrific experience

I had given my wedding dress to Yvette to alter, who gladly took it and said she will be able to do the job. Then I was sent invoices for twice the initial quotation. She cancels appointments claiming she is sick and other times she gets her mum to do a fitting with you ( a person that has no idea what you want done on the dress) eventually I went for a final fitting and the dress was not even taken in and was falling off me and most of what I wanted changed on the dress was not done, when I told her it's not right she began screaming at me and even refused to let me leave the house until she was paid in full, when my fiance called her she told him that the dress was too big from the (something she was never upfront with from the start...After all she gladly took the deposit and said she will do it). Then she accused me of loosing weight and that's y the dress wasn't fitting. This was the first time i experienced having a supplier scream n shout n threaten me in this manner before, expecially considering she was incompetent to complete a job she had taken on. I had to have someone else complete the job and the other person showed me Yvette'spoor work. Never use this lady ever!!
