Takla Worst service and products.
The worst service I have ever had from a company. After 1 month still not collected torn items. Everytime I phone and enquire about pick up, they blame it on the courier company. Not worth the headache and problems to pay so expensive for goods. Use another company.

Great Service
The minute you walk through the door, the first smile is always a sign as to how the rest of the business is. All I can say is they're such wonderful, helpful, friendly folks, ALL of them. Will definitely be getting another set of Takla mats on my new vehicle.

Great Service

Good service
We ordered Takla Seat Covers for our Hyundai Tucson a few years back and the fitment went accordingly. We liked the product and when we bought an Amarok we ordered seat covers from them again. The seat covers did not fit porperly and after I spoke to Richard he promised me he will come out and see what the problem was. He arrived and took the seat covers back to there factory and fixed that was not correct. He went the extra mile and make an unhappy client happy. Thanks for the good service and the extra mile to fix the problem. We will make use of your services again.

Takla Products CC - Going more than the Extra Mile
I have purchases more than 5 years ago an Takla Airjack. This is a very helpful tool for overlanders and 4x4 enthusiasts like me. For more than 3 years I haven't had the need to use it on any of my trips! Obviously as lady luck would have it, we got stuck in December 2014 and only then realize the seem of airjack became loose. Without any questions and out of warranty, Takla's, Sherwyn and Kerry, took control and assured me that they will do everything possible to fix my airjack. I drop the airjack on Monday off at Takla and needed it back on Wednesday. Kerry told me it's going to be difficult but will borrow me a loan unit FREE of charge!<br> On Friday my airjack was fixed up and only cost R500.00.<br> Excellent products and EXCELLENT SERVICE from Takla Products! I can recommend Takla Products for anyone! Thank you Kerry and Sherwyn for this excellent service!!!
