Poor Pet Travel Service
Pet Travel Agent. Very poor communication and inept service. After a >40 hour flight with no communication from the agents (SA or UK), even upon landing, I collected my dogs from a freezing cold warehouse where they had been standing, in their crates for 2 hours without being let out. This is the result of lots of small errors and lack of attention to detail. The pet travel business needs care, compassion, focus and the ability to communicate clearly and calmly. Lacking at this firm.

Poor Pet Travel Service
Pet Travel Agent. Very poor communication and inept service. After a >40 hour flight with no communication from the agents (SA or UK), even upon landing, I collected my dogs from a freezing cold warehouse where they had been standing, in their crates for 2 hours without being let out. This is the result of lots of small errors and lack of attention to detail. The pet travel business needs care, compassion, focus and the ability to communicate clearly and calmly. Lacking at this firm.

Excellent Service
Thank you Talbot Pets International (Cheryl & Lilly) for your absolute dedication in helping me and my 4 fur kids with the relocation to the UK. From day one you have been hands on and could answer all needed questions and set my stressed PAWRENT heart at ease, knowing that my babies would be safe and taken care of whist busy with the move. From collecting them at our SA home and arranging all the needed vet checks to be done to the very last goodbye before they made their long journey to their new home in the UK! The small details show the absolute love and care in your work, that trusting you with “Tiny”, “Lloyd”, “Chase” & “Billy” came naturally. Talbot had everything covered, spacious and safe travel crates, extra blankets, food packs, love and care. They arranged for the clearance when arriving in the UK and Tailwings was pleasant to deal with as well. This whole process was so much easier knowing that Lilly and Cheryl where handling it, I could focus on getting everything sorted for their arrival in a new country. After a long wait, long messages and patient phone calls my babies have arrived safe and are settling in. I cannot THANK Talbot Pets International enough, and will most definitely recommend them for a smooth, less stressed process!! Now our new adventure here starts

Terrible experience. Collected my pets freezing, howling and covered in urine from a warehouse next to the actual Pet cleaning facility as the crates were too big. No communication during the dogs' >40 hour journey after a video clip of them going into the OR Tambo warehouse. Not a peep. Not when I landed and afterward when I complained about the state I found them in. Not a peep. Paid more that >100k for two standard poodles.
