Terrible experience. Collected my pets freezing, howling and covered in urine from a warehouse next to the actual Pet cleaning facility as the crates were too big. No communication during the dogs' >40 hour journey after a video clip of them going into the OR Tambo warehouse. Not a peep. Not when I landed and afterward when I complained about the state I found them in. Not a peep. Paid more that >100k for two standard poodles.
