<p>Absolutely dreadful experience, the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with. Worse than anything in SA except perhaps Neotel and Telkom. I had Talk Talk telephone/internet/television installed on 15 December 2016. To date, 20 January 2017 I do not have an internet service, thus no television service. Have paid all fees presented. Have called the Call Centre at least six times, have had six technicians sent round, two who did not turn up despite being booked. I cannot get sense from the online chat service, just push me from pillar to post and won't accept my cancellation. Today took the award for worst service, was asked to cancel the technician that was booked for today but did not turn up or contact me. So I could be charged as I cancelled !!!!! I am in absolute despair to get this off my back and cancelled with refund of all charges and compensation for (a) inconvenience (b) waiting in for technicians who do not turn up (c) no service since installation and enormous frustration and time wasting.</p>
