The worst! No one at talktalk knows what the hell is going no! Being friendly on the phone while saying they dont know whats going on with your account does NOT count as customer service! I applied for a home move, now im not moving home anymore. I contacted talktalk and had the home move cancelled which i was told was successfully cancelled. I specifically told the woman that i DO NOT WANT MY INTERNET GOING OFF AT MY CURRENT ADDRESS because i am working from home and have children trying to access homeschooling! Yesterday my internet was disconnected regardless but my landline was still working. I contacted talktalk AGAIN and after nearly an hour of needlessly having to check the router etc i was told an engineer would have to replace my router, which i informed the woman AGAIN that it's not a physical problem with my router but a technical problem with my connectivity! She then transferred my call to someone else who finally explained that i had the "move" cancelled but not the "disconnection" which i understand now. I asked her to reconnect my Internet and she said it should be connected within 24hrs. Its now been over 24hrs and my landline is now disconnected!!!! I contacted talktalk once again, to which the lady now says my ENTIRE ACCOUNT has been deactivated! MY ENTIRE ****ING ACCOUNT!! Now they have to come collect my landline and reissue an entire new everything! This is SO unacceptable and frustrating!! No one at talktalk knows what the hell is going on! Is there anyone anywhere on your staff list that could possibly tell me how to put my internet back on, please!

So I've just cancelled my Talk Talk account because you have absolutely no customer service and i don't appreciate being lied to. When I moved address - I was told a technician could only come out on the 11th of December 2020 (leaving me for 2 and a half weeks with no broadband). I was told that, while the arranged time would be between 13:00 and 18:00, a note had been attached to say that the technician had to come out after 4pm as I would be at work. The technician phoned me at work long before 4pm to get access to my flat. When I asked why he was there so early I was informed that there was no note on that order to say I would only be home after 4pm. Either he was lying or the **** who made the booking. He then told me that he would be there after 4pm that day. He never arrived and didn't even have the decency to call me to let me know. As I have now been using my EE phone as a hotspot for the 2 and a half weeks that I had to wait for this installation, I have no need for Talk Talk and due to being stuffed around by your *****s - you can shove your contract up your ****. Maybe send your idiots to EE for a few weeks to learn what customer service is.

I had Talk Talk telephone/internet/television installed on 15 December 2016. To date, 20 January 2017 I do not have an internet service, thus no television service. Have paid all fees presented. Have called the Call Centre at least six times, have had six technicians sent round, two who did not turn up despite being booked. I cannot get sense from the online chat service, just push me from pillar to post and won't accept my cancellation. Today took the award for worst service, was asked to cancel the technician that was booked for today but did not turn up or contact me. So I could be charged as I cancelled !!!!! I am in absolute despair to get this off my back and cancelled with refund of all charges and compensation for (a) inconvenience (b) waiting in for technicians who do not turn up (c) no service since installation and enormous frustration and time wasting.</p>
