Horrible service

I booked a grooming service with Tallywags Mobile Pet Groomers for Wednesday 6/11/24 @ 11:30, made payment as booking is only confirmed after payment.

Wednesday by 13:30, I contact them to enquire about their where abouts only to be told the Van is still in Rondebosch, they show by 15:30, and I was unable to accommodate them as I had other commitments therefore the appointment.

But the driver told me no they were in my area at 11:30, but they get a list in the morning and must work accordingly and my name was 2nd or 3rd last on the list

Up to today I am still waiting on my refund get constant lame excuses for nob-payment
