Please explain why it is so difficult to close an account and why do I get contradictory feedback with every contact I went into your Bayside branch as I could not close it on the app state I have debit orders which is not the case for at least the last 4-5 years. She struggled and told me she logged it and will be sorted within 48 hours, so on Saturday with no progress I phone in to be told the same, I made it perfectly clear I will not pay any additional bank charges. Low and behold still not closed still same message on app and new bank charges
Very easily closed a complaint due to no contact with supplier, but the supplier is totally aware of the complaint as he harassed me with it. Also had to request feedback numerous times and only received it when I phoned in. I was then told that they will escalate the matter just to get this letter the next day. How do I go about now as it seems the CGSO once again just an institution in name.
Please be aware everything about them is bogus, they use to advertise under AP Appliance but feature now under Smart Clean Appliance repair. The website of both is very professional but totally untrue as there is no team just two random guys. They took a working fridge to replace seals and then return a broken one and just ignore all call or harass you before 6 in the morning, set meetings and do not show. Did report to Consumer ombud and case was valid but due to the fact that they did not respond they closed it also not must help for consumer, as I have no problem contacting them if pretending to be new customer
I bought a fridge online from Makro on Friday 28 April 2025, and was very impressed that they delivered on Saturday 29 April 2025, but that is where all good feelings ended. Upon unboxing the fridge I discovered the water reservoir is cracked and leaks water. I contacted them immediately and was told to log it online, which is very confusing as it state that it will refund you in 2-3 days, which is not what I needed, I need a swop of fridges. So I contacted the call centre, first consultant said no for online they must refund me and then I need to buy it again, when I disagree he said hold on I will see what I can do but minutes later the rating come up and call was ended. So I phoned again and got a different story, no they will do a swop as soon as possible. The 29th I phoned again and exactly the same scenario as above played out. And still today nothing no communication and no solution, no answer if you phone the Ottery warehouse, no service. If it was a lawnmower, washing machine maybe I would be okay with the service but it is a fridge, food went bad and cannot store anything, but why would they care. Tomorrow is another public holiday and I am not holding my breath for Friday
I booked a grooming service with Tallywags Mobile Pet Groomers for Wednesday 6/11/24 @ 11:30, made payment as booking is only confirmed after payment. Wednesday by 13:30, I contact them to enquire about their where abouts only to be told the Van is still in Rondebosch, they show by 15:30, and I was unable to accommodate them as I had other commitments therefore the appointment. But the driver told me no they were in my area at 11:30, but they get a list in the morning and must work accordingly and my name was 2nd or 3rd last on the list Up to today I am still waiting on my refund get constant lame excuses for nob-payment
Ordered a office chair online, they stated 2-5 working days to delivery, I queried it after 4 days as there is no change on the tracking system, just to get an sms shortly after my query that it was cancelled, no reason nothing and will be refunded in 10-DAYS, if I did not query it would they ever got back to me and why should I wait 10-DAYS to be refunded if they cancelled the order
I used Click n Plant to remove agave plants outside my property, was quoted for removal of plants and *******. They showed as agreed and started to remove the plants, then disappeared, left numerous messages without any reply, eventually got hold of them and they returned to continue the work after about a week, but once again still not done and again no answer on messages or call, made the mistake to trust them and paid before work was completed, now two weeks later and still not done
I signed up March 2022, and completed the course Nov 2022, Skills Academy outsourced the course to Finlite to facilitate, but I made payment to Skill Academy, therefore I am their client. This in now a month shy of one year and I am still waiting on my formal completion certificate, I queried it with Finlite who stated that it is still with inseta, and Skill Academy who will get back to me but never does
For the second time they lost my summative assessment papers, first time it took 98 days to obtain my results, now it is the final paper to complete the course and was written in November, with paper still missing. It is costing my company a monthly salary that would have been unnecessary if I could get my final results with the rest of the group on the 6th of January 2023. I wrote at Bellview in Bellville and papers were suppose to be couriered to Finlite in Midrand. Received follow-up feedback since I queried it but the same every time, stuck at courier company, maybe time to find a courier company then. This from an institution that promote distance learning
Submitted a claim 44-days ago, and been a struggle since then to get the work done, I had to constantly follow up for feedback, in the meantime I lost 30-days of water due to leak and electricity as it was linked to my geyser. Even after escalating it I had to follow up on progress
