Bad bad service

This Al happened on saterday 26th at hospital by emergency side ops by around 6h30pm , but we only got help by 12h13 midnight for check up , then we waited till 5am to see the Dr , it never end there , my father was admitted only on Sunday only at 10am he slepted on the seat as they were saying there is no beds
