Horrible customer service

I wish I read comments on here before I proceeded with her as it is very accurate. In start November 2023 I reacted to an add of Tammy Viljoen interiors for indoor roller blinds. She arrived with in 24 hours after I contacted her and measured all windows, and guided well with all samples books. She really fooled me well with her seemingly nice attitude. I was rushed to pay before end of November to get a special “ which it was not”. I was told 2 weeks meaning mid December for installation which did not happen as apparently material had a quality issues. End Jan new material arrived with new installation date mid Feb. when I followed up in Feb I was told they had the measurements wrong. So I stupidly decided to continue and said redo it and she confirmed another 2 weeks. Installation was due 5 March on which I followed up 4th. On the 5th I got an email stating she decided to closed down the business. I have never got hold of her on mobile and she response late on WhatsApp if I do get a response. She owe me 10k.
