Do NOT use Barry’s services
Barry sold me “Homeassistant” and advertised it as the best. Currently not being used as he did not set it up. Barry you need to refund me Homeassistant and you can collect it at the gate. Barry’s communication is very bad!!!

Frustrating services, no communication, not completed in 6months.
Barry started this small project in November 2023 at my home: I already had basic google integrated system / tuya / eWeLink with various lights, switches and other devices. The main priority was reconfiguring my pool gate. He ended up upselling with “myassistant” with some more wall switches and breaker devices. Which is not setup at all as committed to. He had been here approx 4 times. To get hold of Barry is really frustrating. He does not answer or return calls. Leaves WhatsApp unread. I do not recommend his services at all, as I have been highly frustrated after spending 10k+ on Barry’s services where it is not finished as per his selling capabilities and I am pretty much at same level before he started

Horrible customer service
I wish I read comments on here before I proceeded with her as it is very accurate. In start November 2023 I reacted to an add of Tammy Viljoen interiors for indoor roller blinds. She arrived with in 24 hours after I contacted her and measured all windows, and guided well with all samples books. She really fooled me well with her seemingly nice attitude. I was rushed to pay before end of November to get a special “ which it was not”. I was told 2 weeks meaning mid December for installation which did not happen as apparently material had a quality issues. End Jan new material arrived with new installation date mid Feb. when I followed up in Feb I was told they had the measurements wrong. So I stupidly decided to continue and said redo it and she confirmed another 2 weeks. Installation was due 5 March on which I followed up 4th. On the 5th I got an email stating she decided to closed down the business. I have never got hold of her on mobile and she response late on WhatsApp if I do get a response. She owe me 10k. If anyone know a contact numbers other than her please let me know. Her address is also ****
