Poor Poor service.

I contacted Tandem credit relief services for assistance to get my name of dept counseling,I was told by them its a court order that needs to be taken of my name,they gave me a quote of R4312,50 and by that the court order would be removed after payment. I payed the amount off and it's over a year LATER AFTER I payed them,still nothing has changed,I'm still where I was over a year later. I contacted them after I haven't heard anything from them over 4months and I was told I still have to settle outstanding amounts before they can complete with court order on my name,but I was never told that from the beginning and they just accepted my payment with of absolutely nothing further happened. I was told by them the reason for them not contacting me is because the person that was handling my case is no longer working for them,so basically they just took the money and yes looks like that's it for me,after I spoke to them a few days ago,they don't even have the decency to come with a solution on my case. Very very poor customer service and I'm out of over R4000. I asked for a refund but was told it's non refundable. I payed nothing...
